In this episode, I interviewed Dane Lynch, A Professional recruiter in the PM and Technology space from the Tampa Florida area.

This was an interesting interview with an agency recruiter as most of my experience has been with internal recruiters, which have a different feel. Dane shared a lot of good info on how agency recruiters process applications and provided insight on creating your two types of resumes for job applications.
